Shot on FUJIFILM X-T1 1

This image of the famous Bow and Fiddle rock formation utilises long exposure to soften the angry Scottish sea. The large imposing rock stands as a stark reminder of the power of nature, its unique shape formed by centuries of pounding waves. The dark sky adds to the mood of the shot, and the contrast between the light and dark tones helps to draw the eye to the Bow and Fiddle. The tiny figures on the rock lend a sense of scale, reminding us just how small and fragile we are in comparison to nature's might.
