Interior STYLING

Providing expertise and design direction by incorporating functionality and aesthetics to any space, the Five Six Studio offers a collaborative Interior Styling Service, on the needs of the client and their budget. 

Creating personalised schemes, detailed moodboards, bespoke finishes and full decor / accessory procurement. Five Six Studio aims to produce outstanding interiors that exceed the clients vision. 

Five Six Studio are currently managing multiple ongoing projects in the buy-to-let property sector and residential projects. From private households to full commercial renovations Five Six Studio will help create uniquely beautiful and cohesive spaces. 


  • Stage 1 - Consultation

    Meeting with the client at the property to ascertain the brief, expectations, timescales, budget and to discuss initial ideas. A site survey may be carried out if required.


    Stage 2 - Initial Concept

    Colour scheme, layout and floor plan, room drawings, and idealistic shopping list.

    Stage 3 - Concept Development

    Revisions to initial concept, samples requested, sourcing list finalised, technical drawings produced where necessary and meetings with specialist trades and contractors to confirm feasibility and cost for works.


    Stage 4 - Implementation

    Site visits, liaising with trades, dealing with orders.


    Stage 5 - Project Completion

    Final installation, styling and photography.

  • Five Six Studio offers an hourly or daily rate that is flexible and realisitic. Catering for everyones individual needs, Five Six Studio takes into account the clients budget and lifestyle when designing and procuring pieces for their space. Initial Consulations are free of charge.

Full Renovation

Timeframe - 2 Years

  • This 200 year old commercial building was completely overhauled and restored; keeping the original sash windows and fireplaces features. It has been modernized to appeal to young professionals and offers luxurious two and three bedroom apartments with open plan living spaces and modern bathrooms. Hidden storage was added to maximise space in the town centre and hidden appliances to maintain the minimal aesthetic.

  • We have recently worked with a Leeds based company, Fika Design Group on managing multiple buy-to-let projects to create uniquely beautiful and cohesive spaces for their property development clients. The partnership really allowed a different approach to 'standard' show apartment styling and gave us the freedom to explore new stylish, but functional, approaches to apartment living that maximises the developments potential.

Full Renovation

Time Frame - 5 Months

  • A futuristic car studio was designed and built in 2019, featuring an underground photography studio, a masculin seating area, a private office and secret storage rooms. The lighting in particular has been carefully designed to provide a soft and calming feel, while also highlighting the crisp lines of the vehicles on sale. The studio's popularity on social media has led to it being featured on the front cover of VWT magazine and has inspired similar online dealerships.
